10. The European Joke

It is quite apparent to the rest of Europe and to a very approximate 20% of Britons that the British Health system is decaying, the Educational system is failing despite the oft publicized high pass rates and that the Public Transport System is a superb advert for "buy your own car". The sad fact is that whilst the continental Europeans find the British freefall quite hysterically funny the 20% or so of Britons have long ago reached the conclusion that the downward spiral around them is non-redeemable and that there is nothing they can do about it!

Britain is the laughing stock of Europe as politicians cater to a growing mass of layabouts who are producing children faster than rabbits on heat! In fact despite educational systems being beefed up, regardless of the hordes of social workers and family councilors popping up like weeds and despite the fact the unemployed and socially unaware elements receive far more benefits and live better lives than ever before the population of unwanted children is growing at an alarming rate!

Down the road from me is a granddad, he's only 35years old! In fact, if his third wife keeps on popping out children at this alarming rate he might become a great, great, great granddad on his 80th birthday! Up the road from me lives a lovely little girl who is looking for a man! Or rather she's looking for a dollop of sperm without the usual attachments. Fair, tall and handsome, black, white or green she could not careless! She just wants a baby so that the state will substantially up her benefits and she doesn't have to work for a living! Across the road from me is a young school girl who quite casually states that she might be pregnant. She is not very sure if the father is John, Jack or Jill. In fact she doesn't really care who the father is and neither does she care that she is pregnant! So here we have a girl that quite happily sleeps around, does not consider the importance of taking contraceptives nor cars about ensuring that her gentleman come protected, a girl who quite simply has no feelings whatsoever! Enter into this world yet another victim of social decline!

Across the river, the railway tracks or call it what you may is a shrinking army of intelligent people. The old middle class contingent who earned a decent salary for a decent hard days work are suddenly finding themselves relegated to the lower end of the scale, as those living off the state receive benefits of greater value and thus can afford a better lifestyle. I say 'shrinking' as simply put, intelligent people do not rely on procreation to get money. The old and once established backbone of British society is warding off marriage and children till later dates if at all.

As rapidly as society decays the 20% of very aware and resigned population stop voting, they hide away abroad in jobs that remove them from the rubble back home and if they can help it will never step foot on British soil again.
